This collage is about how chronic illness has put me in a difference place in my life, than I expected to be. It’s also about finding other people in that same place too. It is an image of two cocoons. Inside each cocoon is a woman in a deep slumber. In the distance, two butterflies can be seen flying in the sky. It’s symbolic for the grief of not being where you want to be in life, and finding company where you are.
