About the Artist
I love to make leather goods and accessories inspired by the feeling of picking up a leaf or flower while walkng through the woods or forest. My love for botanicals grew during my hardest season with CFS/ME, when I could do little more than water my mom’s potted plants. My eyes were opened to see the exquisite details in each flower and leaf. This eventually spread into my art, around the time I discovered leathercraft.
Leather is both strong and delicate, making it an enigmatic and delightful material to work with. It is my desire that the beauty of Creation is reflected in each piece, bringing joy to the wearer.
