Cyanotype kit, of 10 simple, 5″ by 7″ hand-treated greeting cards (90 lb. watercolor paper, folded, treated on the front). In this kit the cards have simply been painted with the cyanotype emulsion, so there may be visible brushstrokes and minor irregularities as these are handmade. Instruction booklet includes a brief history of cyanotypes, instructions for the best results, a few images to inspire you, and a couple references for further exploration (one is a children’s book, should you choose to do this with youngsters).

Suitable for children ages 6 up with adult involvement, and for those 8 up who conscientiously follow written instructions.
Additional equipment, for best results:
- 8″ by 10″ or larger board or flat cardboard,
- same size clear acrylic sheet,
- small preferably plastic clamps to hold it all together.
I can provide these at additional cost, or a suitably sized picture frame with glass or acrylic can hold it all together. Please don’t allow children to use actual glass without supervision!
