I was diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2018 and started posting about it on Instagram in 2019. I wanted to raise awareness and show other people, that they are not alone and I am very grateful for the community that is so supportive.
One thing that always helped me was photography, especially nature photography. Whenever I am well enough to leave my house and go for a walk, I try to appreciate all the beautiful things I see and take them with me in form of a picture. Whenever i look at these pictures, it gives me comfort and happiness and by sharing them, I am hoping to give some of that comfort and happiness back to you.

Hi! I am Rea and I’m from Vienna, Austria.
